Ultimate Call Disposition

Hello -

I have developed an integration with XSI which can monitor multiple users and see the call events on their lines.  The remaining sticking point is that we'd like to know where a call ultimately ended up if nobody answers it.  Subscribing to user events doesn't give visibility into the final status of the call when, for example, the routing rules at our VoIP provider forwarded the call to an external answering service.  Is there any way to subscribe to an event package that would give me events related to each call instead of each user?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Event subscription applies to User/Group/SP/System and the call events are generated based on the package.
To receive Call Forward event, package which includes the event should be subscribed.
Please refer to section 4.4 in XSIInterfaceSpec detailing the events associated with Basic, Standard, Advanced and other packages.
