Unable to login from UC-One Communicator

Hi all.

I found that I'm unable to login to Broadworks using my 22.5.2 Uc-One Communicator.

 

So, I have user "u9736722285" in my group SergeyKhim-Grp1.

User has "Uc-One" service assigned (see screenshot).

I created "UcOne1" Device Profile of "Business Communicator - PC" type and assigned user "u9736722285" to it.

 

I'm using https://broadsoftsandboxxsp.cisco.com as Login Server in Uc-One Communicator, entering "u9736722285@broadsoftlab.com" as username, entering valid password and then click Login.

I see "signing in", then "signing out" and error "Connection to server failed" then (see screenshot).

Are there any updates for this issue?

yes, I could able to reproduce the issue. I have to rebuild the config files to resolve the issue. I will rebuild the files and keep you posted.

Do you have any decision for this issue?

UC-One communicator is not supported on devnet sandbox platform at this time.
