Hi skumar1,
I know it sounds very strange but today I cannot login to Broadworks web portal Grp2 again.
After you reset this account last week, I changed the password and made changes to some user configurations. In last couple days I was only login to Grp1.
I tried to login to Grp2 this morning but I cannot login with both my password and default password. I really don't know what happen here.
Is the account password expired? Is it locked if no activity for certain time?

It worked now with default (previous) password. This time I will not change the password and will keep monitor it
