Unable to fetch LsttrainingattendeeHistory from webex

Hi ,

I am trying to implement code in order to display number of people who attended the session. And I am using LsttrainingattendeeHistory  class . But I am always getting duration field "0" and attendance as "false" in spite of attending the session from fire bug . Could you please help in resolving the issue .

     Please provide a working example of your XML request to webex-meetings-api-dev@cisco.com for testing. If you suspect missing report data with actual usage, you can contact the technical support team  for assistance. Also note that if you are using a development test site, that reporting capabilities are disabled by default. Report data can take as long as 72 hours to populate, though will typically be available by 24 hours.
