Anyone else experiencing slow response time and slow pages loading for ANYTHING in the dashboard? This seam to have started when the AI feature was integrated into the dashboard and the appearance changed.

I found working with APs to be very slow yesterday. That was on shard n290.

Aso, my whole browser becomes very slow if I am sharing in a Microsoft Teams meeting.

I feel like I need to upgrade my machine just to attend meetings now, and it is only 2 years old. 🙂

Although I'm not streaming a meeting, I do have a few tabs open as well as live network monitoring. So I tried with just the dashboard open, and it's still lagging and sometimes not even opening the different pages. I swear I didn't have this issue until the AI feature was enabled.

I've experienced the same thing. Just general slowness when navigating between different pages but also some pages don't load fully and need a refresh to fully populate.

All of these issues started around when the AI features were integrated as you mentioned

The dashboard has gone from slow to non-responsive. I am now receiving an "internal server error" message. Is anyone else having this issue?

Same I have had slow loading on one of our shards for a couple of months.

The same applies to us. It affects all shards we are on. More or less, you could say.

But since the new layout went live, it has really slowed down.

Some colleagues have reverted to the old layout—it's much faster.

A week ago, I had a customer presentation and the dashboard's performance was so poor that there was discussion about whether it would always be like that!

So please, MERAKI, don't just keep releasing new features and layouts, but also think about the workflow and how much a slow response affects it.

I did a demo at the beginning of this week and I had to switch to the old views for switches, luckily I tested before the presentation so at least they didn't see. It's not good!

What annoys me so much is that the old design is no longer available in many places, or if it is, it's useless because important settings are missing from the page (which are displayed in the new layout).
I can understand the change; the new layout is really stylish and, in some cases, more informative.

But why do so many people still like working on the CLI? Because it's simply faster! And until now, Meraki has always been the counterexample that I can also work quickly in a UI....
