Block under security threat

Hi All,

Facing an issue while downloading an pdf file from government sites. Blocked page comes up saying file has been blocked in security threat by web policy

Is it any way to bypass that block to download that file.

Hi @sv7,

I assume you are talking about Umbrella here.

It depends on your policies and how you configured your system, but, in general, yes. You should add this portal to the Whitelist (pay attention if it is for DNS or Web Security policy). Once in Whitelist, it should bypass checks.
