Cisco Umbrella mystery installation

Cisco Umbrella has mysteriously installed itself on my home broadband network. I want to know how this has happened and how to get rid of it.

I've done some research, and the only thing I can think is that this was installed as a roaming client by my work device. Is this even possible? And if so, how can I rectify it and prevent it happening again? Please help!

This happens when your connect to your work VPN with Anyconnect and the firewall is configured to install the Umbrella module.
This may be a condition of you using your home computer to connect to work. Ask your IT team.
It could also happen as part of the initial install of Anyconnect, depending upon how that is delivered to you.
