dont received my CCNA certificate , its been 2 month waiting

i have passed CCNA certification exam on 13-oct -2021 , but still i dont received my certificate

any certs or exam issues should be address at CLN, go to https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/s/discussions and check similar posts. 

in case of cert validation, you can create a case/ticket at Cisco cert pople at https://certsupport.cisco.com/s/?language=en_US

I believe that's what CLN will tell to do. Other things to do is to log in into cert system to verify your mailing address and select cert preferences.
