how to get license for wsa

hi team i am trying to download the wsa/esa/ise demo license for 45 days, but it was not success, can you please help me how to get the license

Did you use this page below and then go to Get other licenses -demo and evaluation then search wsa then add your serial number , it gives you options who to contact there as well if it does not work
