What network circuits are used to connect between Secure Access regions (POP)?
For example, an AWS cloud-to-cloud connection (a dedicated line for AWS Direct Connect), using your own internet connection, etc.

Region to Region connectivity is handled by Cisco over a hybrid backbone that utilizes AWS services and private backbone connectivity. Customers don't have to manage or configure it.
