site to site VPN

I have a server on the internet with public IP,  I need a secure solution to access the server over

internet with consideration of cost and efficiency.

1- site to site VPN 

2-site to cloud VPN 

3-client to site VPN 

any Ideas?

if you looking 1 device to access and the device commute different place - then the client to site VPN.

If you looking more users from the LAN required access to all the users in the LAN then the suggestion is Site to Site VPN.

this suggestion keeping in mind that you have enough infrastructure in place for the VPN requirement.

If you really want to secure that server you have to place a firewall in front of that server and access it through that firewall.

If these are physical devices that you can place at the providers datacenter, a Cisco ASA could be used with the server placed inside the ASAs interfaces. If it is a virtual environment, you could use a virtual firewall that provides the public access and the server is placed on a private VLAN.
