Hello,
I have situation that is the same as this one: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12435146/need-uncategorized-url-relabeled
I tried to use the following link to get my website updated, but I get the "Your Cisco account does not currently have the proper credentials to access this resource!" https://securityhub.cisco.com/web/submit_urls
I do not have a CCO id with Cisco. If people have uncategorized websites being blocked, then my website would be blocked. I would like to get it updated and categorized so it doesn't get blocked when uncategorized websites are being blocked.
Can someone help me? If you can, I can message you my website that needs to be updated. Thank you.

Please share the URL that you wish to categorize, and what it should be categorized as.
Please register to have a CCO ID: https://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do
or alternatively raise a support ticket to request for categorization.

Hello Jennifer,
Thank you for your quick response.
www.landsalot.com -> should be categorized as Blogs & Forums, Entertainment
Thank you.

I've submitted that URL as Entertainment. Please check-in in 24 hours for resolution.

Thank you for the categorization, that is worked. It is showing as being a malware risk now. I don't show any on my end. Can you check into this? Thank you.

I have same problem. I did not get any CCO ID even after registration.
I want my website to be categorized under Blog

Can you please provide the name of the web site?
07-24-2015 10:02 AM
yes, it is, www.simplysharing.eu

I checked your site against www.senderbase.org and found that the IP address linked to your site is blacklisted.
The details do not seem to stem from your domain but from another domain tied to that IP address (your domain is one of over 400 tied to that IP address).
I hope this helps.

Can you please categorize my website?
07-24-2015 02:35 PM
I manually submitted your domain as a Personal Site since we do not have 'Blog' or 'Blogging' as its own URL category.

I have several websites I need to get categorized. One being webdesignbyfaith.com. do you still do this?

Hello,
You can lookup and submit Category/Reputation requests via the SecurityHub portal.
https://securityhub.cisco.com/
If need be, you can also open a TAC case for assistance.
Hope that helps! :)
Thanks

When i try to submit on https://securityhub.cisco.com/web/submited_urls, i'm getting the message "Your Cisco account does not currently have the proper credentials to access this resource".
