hi all
i need some assistance to understand very strange issue.
when i create session and try to get in the room with the meeting number ,the cucm annunciator annunce that call cant be complited as dial
(like css permitions) ,but i have all the permitions i need in the cucm manager in the sip trunk and the webex route pattern .
any ideas??

What is the size of your deployment? Do you have High Availability?

no high availability deployment ,single server only.
i have 250 simultaneous users only
everything works fine and that issue also works few days ago...
i m not sure what happend...
any specific idea??

Hi Shoham,
Try resetting SIP trunks on CUCM. The message you are getting is not played by CWMS, but by CUCM. It seems like CUCM doesn't know how to route the call properly to CWMS. If everything was configured properly and suddenly stopped working without any changes, I would try to reset SIP trunks (Load Balancer and Application Point SIP trunks) and double check Route Pattern.
