Accessory Manager API with Webex Jabber "Cloud" deployment

Is there a way to enable the accessory manager API in the Jabber client when we are a cloud deployment?  We have found the local config file and can add the variable, but this file is overwritten every time the client logs in.  We would like to use the Logitech accessories with Jabber.

9.2.4 appears to have fixed the issue.  Thanks!

Which Logitech accessory are you trying to setup? The accessories should work rt away without any drivers.

In particular the Logitech 725-C keyboard.  It will only show the Cisco logo on the screen and the call control buttons will not work with Jabber, at least not until we are able to enable the Accessory API (based on documentation).

If it is for Jabber for Virtual environment with VXME, then you will not need drivers.

But if it is for Jabber running on Windows, then you need Drivers, which could be downloaded as a plugin from logitech site.

Note: From 9.6 release they will be packaged together, so you dont need to install seperately.

Untill release 9.2.4, you will need to install the driver and should turn on the AM (accessory Manager) manually as it is turned off by default

My main issue is turning on the AM API.  All of the documentation I have found seems to be focused at on prem deployments.  We are running hosted webex/jabber, and there are no configuration options to enable this.  If we manually modify the config file, it is overwritten when the client logs in to jabber.

9.2.4 appears to have fixed the issue.  Thanks!
