Andriod Client stuck on loading screen

So I downloaded the Cisco Jabber client from Google play

I have a MOTO G 4G (listed as supported). Android version 4.4.4

When I start the app, it gets no further then the loading splash screen (a blurred picture with a blue section bottom 'Collaborate your way'.

Try to use it on another device just to confirm if the problem is limited to single endpoint or generic.
