Hello Everyone,
I need assistance regarding CUCM integration with CUE(Service Module on Router) and Call Handler configuration in CUE. Please find below requirements,
1. 1111 is the Pilot number(Board Number on which incoming calls are landing)
2. calls on 1111 should be offered to CUE
3. Welcome Greeting should be played for callers.
4. Callers can dial any extension if they know or else press 9 for Operator.
Need details steps to configure CUE Thank you.
