Hi,

I am planning to modify CUAC 12.0 server IP Address but I can't found any procedure steps for this change.

I checked the troubleshooting guide, it only up to version 11.0.1, the content for changing IP Address is related to versions 10.0 and earlier:

LinkCisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced Troubleshooting Guide Version 11.0.1

In the document, it said:

Instructions for changing the IP Address/Host Name of Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced version10.5 and later are contained in the Administration and Installation Guide.

After that, I checked the following document, it just simply talking about the mindful points in APPENDIX H:

LinkCisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced Administration and Installation Guide Version 12.0.5

May I have the document or procedure steps for changing CUAC 12.0 server IP Address?

Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.

For the document, it just a mindful and isn't the procedure.

It should be many steps for update Windows Server registry and SQL record etc, however, I cannot found it.

I dont see any details regarding the registry key updates on CUAC 12 admin guide Asper the 10.X guide,Instructions for changing the IP Address/Host Name of Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced version10.5 and later are contained in the Administration and Installation Guide.I am not sure if there is any changes happened in this process and never changed IP address on latest   CUAC releases.

Go through Updating the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced Server Host Name, SQL Server login name and password.

If this isn't helpful, you might need to reach out to TAC.
