blast call out

Hi guys,
Can some one help me with blast cal out? I believe i have configured every thing required but still blast call out doesn't work.
Cisco docs says no config required for blast call out...
I did config find me feature. (Can dial out option to YES)
**i want to setup... Initiated by a user during a meeting by pressing #33 in TUI to dial out all missing invitees..
But #33 option is not available from the phone...

In Cisco unified meeting place 8.0.1 I am trying to setup "Auto Blast dial out calls"- initiated by a user.- during a meeting, the scheduler ( with dial out privileges ) enters #33 in the TUI to dial out all missing invitees. After user calls into the meeting , the system automatically places a call to all invited participants.

I just found this in Cisco docs.. please correct me if I'm wrong.
Setting "Blast dial out calls" in Cisco meeting place is not possible when a Cisco webEx server is configured...
Is this correct ? Is there any other alternative?
