Bring Cisco Jabber Chat window to front when clicking on Chat icon

Hello,

When the Cisco Jabber main window is opened and new messages arrived, the Chat icon show the number of new messages.
The obvious reflex is to click on it but this has no effects.

That would be nice to bring the Chat windows to front if it is currently iconified or behind another window, and if only one conversation is involved, set the focus on this conversation automatically.
