Calls do not disconnect at Jabber extensions when you hang up or reject a call
The problem occurs only at extensions without a desktop phone, only at pure Jabber extensions.
When a call is disconnected or alternatively the other party rejects a call, a call does not take place but on the Jabber monitor you see that the call is live and continues to run and the call cannot be disconnected.
Anyone come across such a thing?

You would need to review a PRT from both parties as well as the CUCM traces to find out whether the clients are sending the signaling or not, and if they do, if CUCM sends it the other end, and if the other end receives it.

Also interested in this. If we use 12.9.x it's fine, but if we upgrade to 14.x , can't hang up anymore.
