Good day.
we have a problem with the call history of jabber for one user.
the call history is not showing anything as per the user has received calls, has made calls and has missed calls but nothing is on the list. What we do:
1.1. Upgrade the jabber to version 11.9.3. the issue is not solved after the upgrade
1.2 Sign off from jabber on the PC with the issue and sign on jabber in another PC: results jabber works and calls history works properly
1.3 Made a Backup of Jabber data on the PC with the issue and reset the jabber. after reset the jabber sign in and check the calls history with a test calls result: works properly and appears the call on the list.
1.4 Restore the backup of Jabber and and sign in: the data was recovered successfully. after made a test call the calls history fail again and is not any call on the call history.
seems like the Backup is corrupted and doesnt permit add the calls history. the chats history is working properly .the user wants to keep his chats history and contacts. I believe the chats history and calls history is in the same file AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History\user.db
The last thing that we can do is upgrade to version 12.5 to see if works the calls history with the backup made on version 11.9
What can anyone suggest to do more?
