Calls problem from ip desk phone to jabber for Android

Hi All

I have a problem, when I make calls from jabber client on android phone to ip 8941 phone, i answer the call perfectly on the ip phone, but when i make a call from ip phone to jabber client on android phone and i answer it on android phone the ip Desk phone still continues to ring.

What is this problem and how can i solve this.
