Can you disable "counts" for Chat, VM, Recents in Jabber 11.5?

I find that the "count" feature that shows the number of messages (chat, vm, recent phone calls) is annoying. Is there a way to disable that feature? I would still want to have IM and incoming calls pop on screen so I do not want to turn off notifications altogether. Just the annoying display of the number of those items on Jabber Windows task bar icon and in Jabber UI. Screenshots are attached to the post to illustrate...

I think it would be helpful if you could configure the count number that appears over the Icon in the taskbar.

Unread chats, voicemails, missed calls etc seem to make sense as these require action / attention.

However including calls that you have made or received (that require no action) from Recents seems to make no sense - you can clear this by checking the "Recents"  view, but this is unnecessary / frustrating.

Have I missed something, or could this be added to enhancements list?

I agree this is the most annoying feature of the recent releases, I also don't like the new style of the doc in 12.5

I haven't seen any thing yet, but sometimes there are settings that can be modified in:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Cisco Jabber\jabber-config-defaults.xml"
usually this is something set at the server level, but this file can often override those settings.
