Hello
I'm beginner with Webex and Collaboration and I'm very interesting to work with it. I installed Webex. I could setup a meeting. I can call others from Webex to join a meeting but, when I call Webex number from a phone (from internal dn, not from PSTN) to join a meeting, after webex greeting the call disconnect. Actually when I enter the meeting number and then # the call would disconnect. Please help me and guide where is my mistake?
My webex version is 2.5.1
CUCM version is 11.0.1

Thanks for your guide. I found my mistake from your link.Thank you so much. These two things resolve my problem:
1. Rerouting Calling Search Space
2. Out-Of-Dialog Refer Calling Search Space
