Changing the look of Cisco Jabber for Windows

Is it possible to customize the look of Cisco Jabber for Windows (v.11.0) beyond just adding tabs? For example, rather than typing a name or number into the top field would it be possible to customize the client to present a traditional phone keypad? If not, does the Cisco Jabber SDK contain a modifiable base Jabber client or just UC code which can be imbedded into applications?

The Jabber client is provided as-is, you cannot change the looks of it, AFAIK the SDK only allows for  new features / added functionality for other apps, not to change the looks of it. you would need to post in DevNet to confirm that.
