cisco 8831 on cisco webex

We have webex licenses but we would like integrate an  ip conference phone 8831 to a webex meetting just with audio. Is that possible ?, do I need and another license if this is possible.?

You can call from any device that can reach the PSTN any of the WebEx call in numbers and join a WebEx conference.

Only if you have paid for the PSTN licence, which is not in the base bundle, ...
