Hello Team,

Does any one has used a cisco cloud based service for CMR i am able to do a Webex call from my desktop and other gadgets but i am not able to register on my endpoint to do a call.

i configured a LAN IP address to my VC device and nated with Public IP (Static IP address) and configured a DNS IP address also i able to make outside call but when i tried to make a call by SIP it show error, call failed.

Is this configuration is correct or i have to configure IP address without Natting or any changes with all this configuration.

Without logs I would find it hard to diagnose the exact problem here, but I don't believe dialing into a Cloud CMR directly from an endpoint on a public IP is a supported deployment.

For one thing the edge devices on the CMR cloud require trusted certificates before they talk to the remote device. Most deployments use an Expressway with CA signed certificates to establish the SIP connection to the CMR cloud.
