Hey one of my users had a cheat sheet they were given years ago which has apparently all sort of number commands they can use on a conference now / meetme conference. Things like mute current user, disconnect user, etc apparently can be done by numbers you punch in on a touch tone phone.
I searched for a good half an hour for this documentation, but obviously i am not searching for the correct thing becuase i cant find this.
Does anyone know what this user is referring to? Like even what to call these hotkey type commands. She apparently had it at the office, but no one is allowed in now due to covid. I am not sure if an admin made this cheat sheet for her or what. Somewhere there must be a list of commands right?

Your user might be confused, none of that exists for meet-me or conference now. You don't even get a participants list, let alone the option to disconnect a user. Not even 88xx/78xx have those options, and they're certainly not something configured in CUCM.
If they were using phones connected to FXS ports, configured with SCCP, there are some SCCP supplementary services that can be used, but not to do what they're telling you, there are no options for that.
I'd think * maybe * they're using CMS and someone configured DTMF profiles, but there is no option to disconnect a user or mute someone in particular in the available options.
I'd ask them how they establish such conference and confirm that's actually a meet-me/conference now and not some 3rd party system or something else.

ok thanks. yeah it is possible that the user was remembering a previous work environment. i have asked them now for more information, like for instance any command they remembered.
thanks
