CIsco directory connector - cannot pass the Next when authenticating

It has started happening since last week. No changes to the application, server updates -2022, nothing ....

All of a sudden I cannot pass "click on the button - Next" when authenticating the user. 

Any idea how to fix or troubleshoot that?
