We recently installed cisco jabber on Microsoft Surface Pro and facing issues with the video. The performance is inconsistent. We installed Logitech C920 usb camera and wanted to use that camera for the video. In some Surface Pro camera working fine and in some other pcs it is not working when using jabber for windows version 11.9. When upgraded to 12.0 , none of the cameras are working. Jabber is not picking the cameras while with other applications there is no issue with the camera.
Need a solution for fixing his problem. Please advise if any one has faced this issue and fixed it.
