Do you do anything before it crashes? such as starting a call or connecting/disconnecting from wifi or resuming your PC from sleep?
Does it crash every time? do you see an error message?
In what Windows version are you using it?
Its Jabber for Windows 9.7.0? does the same happen with the newest version on cisco.com?
