Cisco Jabber account creation automation

Hi Team ,

Is it possible to automate the Cisco Jabber account creation from an external application , as it just involves few attributes to be filled in under Account Settings and Policy Group Assignment Tabs ?

I haven't tried it, but since tools like PCP can do that, I'm guessing there must be a way to use AXL to do what you want.

Thanks Jamie , my question is , will Cisco allow another organisation (partner) to automate through interfacing with it ?

You probably want to take this conversation over to DevNet, where they support the APIs and SDKs.

If there is a method in any of those to create new CSF devices, and it's documented, I don't see why it should not be supported.
