Cisco Jabber | Cannot Communicate with the server | Cannot Reset

when we open Cisco Jabber it automatically "Finding server" then we got "Cannot communicate with the server",

Also when we resetting it, there's nothing happened. #Jabber #CiscoJabber

our version of Cisco Jaber is 11.8.5 Build 54376

What troubleshooting have you done?

How is jabber configured for login? SRV? hard-coded? .xml?
