Cisco Jabber custom installer issue

Hello

We have created a custom Cisco Jabber msi however were not getting the correct property settings that we need.   We would like the Cisco Jabber to open on the client with Cisco IM & Presence and Use the following server set however it is starting with those items not selected.

The login window only has a username field and continue button when Jabber is first run. Only after a login attempt is made and with error does the Manual setup and sign-in option show then the correct options can be changed.  I have attached a screen shot of how we would like it set.

Jabber will re-configure automatically depending on how it's configured in CUCM/IM&P, it will be either full UC if you have everything configured, IM only if there's no CUCM devices, or phone only of the user is not IM&P enabled.
