Hi Cisco
We are just confiuged our Cisco IM & Presence server. We already installed our Jabber on Windows pc. When we do a test we can't make a call by using option "Use my computer for calls". We able to make a call by using option "Use my phone for calls". We suspect it is the calling search space issue because the cisco voice prompt need to consult directory.Appreciate if you may advise where we can configure for the calling search space

CSS is at line and device level, check it.

Yes i already set the css at line. We are configuring extension mobility which is have device profile. But i also set the css on device level but still not able to make a call.

Still, the problem lies in the device CSS, and the line CSS from UDP, make sure you have configured them properly, if blocking at device level, make sure you allow calls at line CSS.
