Hi Team,
I have CUCM 8.6 and Presence 8.6, I am trying to connect cisco jabber through android phone, IM is successfully connected to presence server but Phone service is not connecting.

I just fixed this problem for myself - the Jabber for Android profile was not associated with the end user.
