Hello,
I recently upgraded to an Iphone 7 Plus. I installed the Cisco Jabber for Iphone app, logged in and have IM&P capabilities, but the phone services will not connect. Coincidentally, I still have my old Iphone 5s with Jabber for iphone installed, and phone services work fine on it. Both phones have Jabber for Iphone version 11.8.0.249640 64-bit.
The error I'm receiving is "failed to get device information"
CUCM is on version 11.5.1
Is anyone else experiencing a problem with Iphone 7's and Cisco Jabber phone services?

Do they run the same ios?

No, Iphone 5s is on 10.1.1 (14B100), Iphone 7 plus is on 10.2(14C92).
I'm not willing to upgrade the iphone 5s, as it is proof that the CUCM/Expressway/CUP configuration is working fine.

I was able to test with an Iphone 7 (not plus) today. and it worked just like the iPhone 5s with using the same account information. This seems to be limited to the iPhone 7 Plus, at this time.
