Hi,
I am trying to register the Cisco Jabber for iPhone but after prompting username and password its giving error "Cannot locate server". Even though I am putting the correct IP address of Presence Server and even I tried to registered with CUCM but no luck.
Please find attached log files generated by Jabber client and please find below version information.
CUCM 9.1.x
Presence 9.1.x
Jabber for iPhone 10.5.x
iOs : 8.1.2

Looks like jabber is unable to resolve the IM&P FQDN:

How are the servers configured under Im&P cluster topology. Configuring FQDN in cluster topology might solve the issue and that requires set of services to be restarted.

Hi Nagajothi,
I have used the other iPhone with iOS 7.1.x and its working fine with same credentials.So, I suspect something is wrong with iOS 8.1.2.
Even, we have so many Andriod mobile phones and Jabber is working perfectly fine. I am not sure whether there is compatibility issue between Apple iOS and Presence/CUCM/Jabber client.
