Cisco Jabber for Windows can chat but not place calls

Hello to all ,

I have CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2 and Presence 8.6.2.10000-44 and I have install Cisco Jabber for Windows (

CiscoJabber-Install-ffr.9-0-1.zip ) in 3 PCs . At the last of the PC the Jabber only can chat but not place calls , the Cisco Framework can not register and the menu is shorter than others .

Can you give some advice ?

Hi Hugo,

If just one of your users cannot make calls, it is likely that they are not provisioned for telephony.  Check 1) that they have a valid device in CUCM, 2) that their licensing is correct in CUP and 3) that directory integration is working, e.g. search directory (they must be on the domain).

I found the solution few minutes ago , the problem was in Application ...Cisco Personal Communicator ....User Settings ...CTI gateway Profile , the user have not CTI profile , then i add the cti profile and now ITS OK .
