Cisco Jabber messages shared between devices

I'm trying to find out if there is a configuration I might be missing - I'd like to be able to start a conversation on one device and pick up on it later on another. At the moment, when I answer a message on my PC I cannot see the dialog of that conversation on my mobile device (or visa versa).

On any previous release, you would only get the first message on all device, to find out which is the active one, and then just send messages to it.
