Cisco Jabber mobile handoff configuration.

I am configuring Cisco Jabber on iPhones.  So far it is working fine with the exception of the Transfer to Mobile Network feature.  In the documentation it states go to Call Routing > Mobility Configuration (we are running 8.6(2a) and we get Call Routing > Mobility > Handoff Configuration which I am assuming is the same thing?)

There is only room for one number (see attached).

It states: Enter the Direct Inward Dial (DID) number that the iPhone will dial to handoff a VoIP call to the mobile network. The service provider must deliver the DID digits exactly as configured.

It also states translation patterns cannot be used.  So do I choose one of our DID block numbers (not yet created as a translation pattern) and enter as following?

14045551234

Or since we use 9 to dial out...

914045551234

I have tried both, but it still fails.  Any ideas?
