cisco jabber not connected to AD

Hello everyone

I have 1 problem with my cisco jabber for windows because they do not want to connect to the Active Directory of Windows Server 2012, also I can not search for contacts (Active Directory) in the search bar jabber. not that the problem should remain attentive to your valuable comments.

Note: CUCM Version 10.5

Are you simply using SRVs? or how did you configure the directory for your Jabber??

What troubleshooting have you done?
