Cisco Jabber v12.0 MOH issues on CUCM v 12.0.1

I am currently having some MOH issues with my Jabber configured in softphone mode. I have uploaded custom MOH files into the CUCM on all my MOH servers and MOH is working fine on desk phones.

The issue is when I place an outbound call from Jabber to a mobile and place the call on hold, my custom MOH plays for 10secs and then it goes silent. when I resume the call and place on hold again it plays another 10secs and then goes silent. this only happens for outbound call from Jabber. I have tried inbound calls from mobile to jabber and MOH works.

I have checked my MRGL is okay, MOH files on all MOH servers, multicast is not enabled. restarted the IPVMS service, rebooted the cluster ……… still having the issues

Anyone with similar issues / resolution.

Curious if this is only happening on cellular calls or all outbound?
