Hi,
We have this scenario. Latest version of Jabber App not working in IPhones and Androids.
We have CUCM version 9.1.1.21030-1.
Is it compatibility issue?
I'm trying to read the compatibility of the Jabber version 11, and it is compatible with the CUCM version 9.X or later.
We tried also to install the Jabber version 11 in our desktop,and there are features that are not working.

I have 9.1.2.14900-14 with Jabber 11.1 and it works just fine, you really should not be on 9.1, the maintenance release for 9 is 9.1(2)

So it means the latest version of the Jabber is not really working on the current version of our client? Is this another way with this?
Can you give some document that I can be used or guide to discuss it to our client?
