Cisco Jabber is working for windows but not working for Iphone/Android.
Unable to login, The error is not of authentication, but timeout or phone services not available

Have you configured the necessary devices in CUCM along with the rest of the configuration for your CUCM/CUPS/IM&P version??

Yes, Interestingly same configuration is working in my home lab, but not working at customer. The version is 10.5
Cannot say wireless issue as jabber for windows is working from wireless

Thanks for the support, the issue was with Wireless controller, They blocked Whatsapp which result in the blockage of Jabber as well
