Hi - trying to install Cisco Media Services interface onto our 6 Citrix servers (msi version 4.0.2.0.7504) - installed OK on three of them and then I get the following error:

I have browsed forums and read it could be something to do with having Webex on the servers but this was only on one of them. Is it possible the msi file has become corrupt, as when I run it, the progress bar shoots up to about 4 fifths then ends with the message above.
Are there any registry settings I need to delete in order for the install to work?
Please can you advise?
