Cisco MeetingPlace Web Server - Web Master Service CANNOT START

I'm new install the MeetingPlace Web Server for migration.
After the installation, I'm sure I follow the Installation Guide to install & deploy and would not have any steps missed ... Why I still get the error "MP Web Master Service Error 1069 - The service did not start due to a logon failure" ... cannot start the IIS & Web Master, so the GW is down also ... Why?

Hi Chi,

Something is wrong with your MPwebapp or MPSQLserver accounts. I would honestly suggest you to redeploy MPWinOS and perform the installation of MP Web application locally on the server without using any Remote Control tools (no RDP or such is supported for MP Web application install). I've seen most of the errors with credentials and file permissions when using a remote console to deploy MP Web server.
