I have a few people using this library I pulled together over the holiday break. Please let me know if anyone is interested in additional methods or capabilities. The goal was to make the Spark API very accessible and easy to use with Python for novices.

For a bot using webhooks, the example uses a simple PHP script loaded on a web server to call Python. Alternatively Flask in Python is a great option, and is available on various public PaaS platforms.
