We are using a Citrix Xendesktop environment and recently on the Dell Latitude 5470 model laptop ( and only that model ) Cicso Webex Crashes every time they go to screen share with the internal Web Camera enabled. ( this was working within the last 2 months prior to a unknown webex update i presume as our laptop was not updated )
We did test this issue on 4 different other model laptops and it doesn't exist. We also ran auto updates on the Dell drivers for that model and it still Crashes the Citrix HDX Engine with the message Citrix HDX Engine has stopped working. Please investigate any recent changes to the webex client and let me know what information regarding the laptop may help.
