Hi,
Is the time accurate on your CWMS Administration Dashboard page?
If not, you will need to make corrections on your ESXi hosts where CWMS VMs are hosted:
i. Put CWMS into Maintenance Mode (on CWMS Administration Page turn ON Maintenance Mode)
ii. Access vCenter using vSphere client
iii. Click on each CWMS VM and perform a graceful shut down (right-click VM >Power > Shut Down Guest)
iv. Once all the VMs are gracefully shut down, proceed with configuring Time settings
v. Click on the ESXi host where CWMS VMs are hosted and click on Configuration tab
vi. Click on Time Configuration (in Software section)
vii. Click on Properties in the top right
viii. Click on Options button
1. In General part, select Start and stop with host
2. In NTP Settings part, make sure correct NTP server(s) is added, click on Restart NTP service to apply changes and click OK
ix. In the Time configuration section, adjust the time manually as accurately as possible, confirm the date is correct, check NTP Client Enabled option and click OK.
x. Once the time is accurate and NTP servers and client configured properly and running, you can power ON CWMS VMs (right-click the VM > Power > Power On)
xi. Once all the VMs are up and running, and you can access CWMS Administration, and confirm that on CWMS Administration > System > System – View More page all the VMs are green (good), turn OFF Maintenance Mode on CWMS.
xii. Once the system is fully back up from Maintenance Mode, verify the time is correct on the CWMS Administration Dashboard
I hope this helps.
